London Tree Reports Services for Development Proposals and Trees

We produce Tree Reports for home owners, developers, architects, planning consultants and local authority officers amongst others. For home owners, if you are extending your dwelling and your proposals need planning permission you must consider the impact on nearby trees. BS5837:2012 sets out the scope of information required by your local council.

For developers, architects, planning consultants and local authority officers, our priority is to help you through the planning application process as quickly and smoothly as possible, to maintain and strengthen positive working relationships with the local authority’s case officers and to help you achieve schemes that are simple to deliver and that you would be proud to feature on the front cover of your marketing brochure.

Tree ReportsOur Tree Report Services include

  • Tree surveys which comply with BS5837:2012
  • Arboricultural Impact Analyses (AIA)
  • Arboricultural Site Supervsion
  • Tree Protection Plans
  • Tree Constraint Plans
  • Pre-purchase Feasibility Studies

Our tree reports include Arboricultural Impact Analyses (AIA) assessing the likely impact of your proposals upon existing trees, putting forward mitigation measures where necessary and demonstrating the practicality of the scheme. This may involve additional investigation, non-destructive investigation of tree root activity for example using an Air Spade (excavation using a compressed air jet) or ground penetrating radar.

Our Arboricultural Method Statements AMS) show in detail how retained trees will be successfully protected during the construction stage. We concentrate on measures that are low cost and simple for contractors to understand and carry out.

In addition, we are on hand to provide Arboricultural Site Supervision if necessary to ensure compliance with the planning conditions attached to your consent and with the provisions of the AMS

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you think we may be able to help you.
